Royal Mail is currently experiencing some delays. We encourage you to choose a courier service if your order is urgent.

We will be closed from 23rd November 2023 until 3rd December 2023. We will accept orders and emails during this period but responses will be delayed.

We will be closed from 14th June to 3rd July. We will continue to accept orders as usual during the temporary closure. We will then start shipping after 4th July.

Further delays may be expected. Please get in touch if your order is urgent before purchasing. We may be able to expedite shipping, however we cannot guarantee it.

We re-opened from 19th September and are still in a recovery phase from our break. Also, due to the high volume of orders, it may take up to 15 working days (excludes any bank holidays and weekends) to dispatch your order. Of course, this does not include the 2 weeks closure. However if you have a deadline, please let us know, we may be able to expedite your dispatch.

Brexit

After 31 December 2020 we will no longer add 20% VAT to orders from customers in the EU. EU customers may have to pay import VAT and customs charges in their own countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise on local taxes.

If an order does not arrive as quickly expected we encourage you to be patient, everything is getting through, just slowly.

Covid-19
We are currently open as normal. We would like to reassure all our customers that we will, as far as possible, be delivering our services normally. At the same time we are taking all necessary precautions to protect staff and any individuals who would normally come into personal contact with others.

Delivery times have been significantly affected both in the UK and worldwide. If you need items urgently please contact us and we will try and help.

Some international items are taking 2-4 weeks which is twice as long as normal to arrive.
Some UK items are taking up to 2 weeks to arrive when normally they should arrive next day.
We would ask that you remain patient and wait a little longer.
