- Please ensure that the goods are properly packed, protected and insured as necessary, you are fully responsible for goods until the moment they are delivered to us. We recommend that you use a tracked or signed service. If we do not receive the goods we cannot refund, repair or exchange.
- Postage and any handling charges will not be refunded if you are returning goods that have been correctly dispatched in accordance with your order.
- For returns from outside the UK, please clearly state 'Return / Replacement / Repair' on Customs form. Failure to do so may result in VAT and customs clearance charges being charged to us. If this happens, these may be deducted from your refund.
- Goods being returned for refund or exchange must be in perfect condition with original packaging.
